Lighthouse is a Property Management System (PMS) that simplifies the management of hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals.

Thanks to the synchronization with Cubilis Channel Manager all the reservations are automatically imported into Lighthouse. This hotel software helps you to keep an overview and simplifies the management of your daily tasks.

How does it work?

  1. Scan the document via the 365id Scanner
  2. Go to Lighthouse
  3. Go to Reservations > Add or click on the Add reservation button at the top
  4.  At the Contact step, you will see the button Retrieve scanned documents, if you do not see the button, the scanned document is not available anymore (available for 1 hour) and a new scan is required
  5. Click on the button and select 1 of the available documents you want to import, followed by the button Use
