Johan Hagelin is an ID verification entrepreneur who, in 2015, designed the first cloud-based ID verification platform and founded 365id. Johan is proud when he explains that 365id is the Spotify or Netflix of ID verification services. What drives Johan and the company is a safer society and to make ID verification accessible and affordable.
Our headquarters are located in Halmstad, Sweden. We live in new, fresh premises, completely customized to our needs.
At our office we always serve great coffee and last year the number of coffee machines increased by 100%.
It's true, we really do. We are a diverse group of people from different parts of the world with different opinions about everything. That's a good thing.
We are working out together at least once a week and there are lunch walks almost every day.
At 365id, security is a fundamental part of our operations. That’s why we have chosen to become certified according to ISO 27001, the international standard for information security.
Our management system ensures that security aspects are integrated into all processes and that risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement are embedded in the structure. In this way, we create a solid foundation for long-term development and trustworthy relationships with our customers and partners.
Sustainability is a natural part of our long-term approach, and we are committed to developing our business in a responsible and sustainable way. In 2025, we took an important step by publishing our first sustainability report.
As our sustainability efforts are still under development, the availability of quantitative data is currently limited. For this reason, the report has a qualitative focus and is based on internal analyses, dialogues, and existing practices. It provides a snapshot of where we are today and serves as a foundation for continued development, increased transparency, and clearer goals going forward.
